  Went in today with my brother and had a rude experience with a young man. His manager told me he was underage as if that matters? His manager was also rude. I didn’t get names but his manager was a man. This was around 4:30 on 11/29/2025. It’s all good anyways since my brother just transferred his line to Boost mobile instead. Also when we first showed up the store was locked with a note saying he’d be back at 4:10, not sure if that’s y’all’s policy but wanted to add it in. I did complain to the Cricket customer service line and was told they’d be looking into it

  Got a phone, charger, case, and speaker. When I opened the speaker the package looked like this. 2x back to the store with the box to get it fixed female employee called mgr. Maggie no answer, male employee that sold it never called back after the 1st time I went in. 2nd time it was given to Maggie but she was on vacation. Finally picked up chargers 2 days ago after trying to explain to Maggie the hassle in first place. She literally sid well its after 7 days, and none of your employees followed up... anywho finally charger speaker today, but it won't even come on. At this point I won't a refund. The employee lying talking about the box was in good condition. Um where the handle? It was half on when I got the box originally. After the first time I opened it it fell off completely. The package with the charger has a whole in it and there was no foam or bubble wrap or anything in the box with the speaker.
