- AAAndrea1 day ago1.0My mom went in to upgrade her phone and they completely took advantage of her. She wanted to finance her upgrade and on the financing plan they added a speaker and a screen protector which we did not want or were even aware about. Called to cancel the whole order but they only refunded the speaker and screen protector but not the phone although I literally told them to cancel it and give back the activation fee and the girl said it would be credited but she didn’t even cancel the phone order. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD we have been with cricket since 2012 but after this we will no longer do business with them. Stay away from here.

They have cell phone services and can help you with whatever you need. The price is cheaper than it would be at other retailers. Recommend going to this particular store. You will find it in the middle of the mall by where the kiosks that sell jewlery are.

Y cuando me pidió mi pin para hacer el pago ,que no era y le tuve que llamar a mi esposo y me dió el mismo número y otros que creía que era y que no,no era ninguno. Y le dije que sie podía ayudar a cambiar el pin y que encabrona y me habla de mal humor.. bueno si no tiene ganas de trabajar que hace ahí..fue el peor servicio al cliente .. 😒😒
