  I came into the Cricket Wireless - 3515 Sycamore School Rd location and was assisted by Meagan in switching my service over. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and relatable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of the great experience I had, I’ll definitely be moving my second line over as well!

  The guy working in here was completely rude nothing else needs to be said here I tried to seek help for a scenario and he only wanted me to leave the facility he didn't want to help me he was having a bad day I guess and I wound up going to the seminary in McCart location and the lady there was so nice and friendly but this location is a joke

  Bought a cell phone online for a deal of $60. When I get the phone, the printed page with all of my information on it, like my new phone number, wasn't readable. The ink hadn't been replaced in the printer obviously. So, now I have this stupid phone that I paid $60 for and didn't ever get it turned on because this place sucks so bad, they told me they had no way to prove I bought it from them. I have a bank statement that proves when and what I paid for it. I will never recommend or use this crappy service ever. It's been the worst rip off I have been dealt last year.

  I lock myself out of my sim card so I went in here so they can help me out. The guy did NOT know how to replace my sim like I asked him to. Then ask me if I wanted a customer support number. LIKE how am I supposed to call them if I lock myself out of my sim card.
