By far the worst experience. I was shipped the wrong product. I chatted in and contact phone support and they verified that I did indeed receive the wrong product. When I spoke to someone at this store, they told me that the website had a pricing error and I had received the right product. How does that make sense?

I may be biased when it comes to this review. I love best buy since this a store I built great memories since I was a kid. I do not need to shop here but I take the time to do so just for the memories and the staff is always friendly. The only reason I'm taking one star from five stars is because it was sad when decision was made to not sell movies anymore.

Worst experience ever. Employees don’t acknowledge you, very minimal knowledge on products and the store is very poorly managed by Amber Mejia. I was about to purchase an electric scooter and other gifts with my 9 year old for Christmas. While pulling the scooter an employee came and snatched it from me. I was very confused. I stated to him I am purchasing it. He told me sorry, it was sold online. I feel like if it’s in my possession and was on the shelf, then it’s up for sale! Amber Mejia, the general manager made things worst with her poor communication skills. Best Buy customer service is no better. I have been a loyal and local customer for years and always make major purchases there. I felt so bad and embarrassed that I just had to leave. I had to go another location just to blow some steam off. I don’t even feel they deserve my business anymore.

Came in for a last minute Christmas gift! I was helped out by Josh . And let me say Josh offered the best out of his way service! He was very busy and still find out a way to help us. Josh was a very knowledgeable person and offered us with such delightful assistance. Will definitely come back and get helped by Josh!

Went in for a exchange and the manager left high and dry at the register for 30 min I waited patiently till I had to pull someone else to help me and the manager finally came back acting like nothing happened he could have at least informed someone of the situation because going to the break room
