    Went in to buy car audio, store was practically empty yet everyone was to busy to assist me, no wonder Best Buy are slowly going out of business, certainly lost my business for life.

    am leaving this review because what should have been a simple iPhone exchange turned into a three-month billing issue, financial loss, and more than a full day of my time wasted, all due to internal failures at this store. On October 18, I visited Best Buy at 5944 Quebec St, Fort Worth, TX 76135 to exchange an iPhone 17 for an iPhone 17 Pro Max tied to my AT&T account. A supervisor improperly added the device to my AT&T account without completing the exchange through Best Buy’s system. I spent over 8 hours in the store that day just trying to get the phone removed from my account and ultimately could not leave with the device. My AT&T account was then locked for three days. I returned later to complete the exchange, spending another 4 hours, but it still was not properly finalized. Over the following months, I discovered I had been charged about $80 per month for three months for a device and phone line I never had in my possession. I made five separate trips to this location (about 80 miles driven total), canceled work obligations, dealt with scheduling disruption, and even had to handle this situation while with my daughter on her birthday. I also spent 1.5 hours on the phone with AT&T trying to clean up errors that originated at Best Buy. One associate, Luis, was professional and pleasant. Ms. Destiny made a good-faith attempt to help as well. The core issue was management failure and lack of accountability, including dismissive and unprofessional conduct by a supervising employee and denial of reasonable compensation by management despite clear documentation. I was issued a $250 gift card, but $90 of it was required to be used toward an exchange that should have been completed months earlier, which does not resolve the financial harm. Customers should not have to sacrifice this much time, money, and peace of mind due to internal system and management failures. Best Buy needs to take customer time and accountability seriously.

    Clean store. Seemed a bit bigger than some. Staff asked if I needed help but not excessively. Many TVs and appliances. Prices seemed good. The layout was efficient. I do question the settings on some TVs though. Some highly rated TVs seemed to have been set in ways unfavorable while some lesser TVs looked spectacular. Wish there was a way to adjust settings while shopping in person to get a more accurate impression of TV capabilities. Also, a couple of TVs were not turned on. May have been broken, not sure.
