This is more so for the company's very idiotic customer service practices when trying to call the store number listed here on Google and not anything the store itself did. I tried calling the Lake Worth store to ask about a Fridge for sale and to see if it was in stock at the particular location. When the line answered it took me to the customer service call center and not the store and when I asked to be transferred to the store directly they rep told me they don't keep or have direct phone numbers toany Best Buy location. When I asked why, her very stupid answer was "Because COVID" 😑.,..Did I miss something? When did COVID become transmitted by phone? I immediately hung up because what is the point of taking to a call center rep who has no knowledge of the stores inventory. Do better Best Buy

Went there to get a laptop. First of all there are no sales people so good luck. And when you go to check out there is a "warranty" that is supposed to be a 2 year plan..really it is 200/year. Trash!!!

Had an extremely frustrating experience trying to return an open-box pair of AirPods. The serial number on the box didn’t match the one on the receipt, which wasn’t even my fault and instead of trying to help, the bigger white female employee handling my return gave me attitude and acted like I was trying to pull something shady. She kept going back and forth instead of actually trying to fix the issue.
Thankfully, the manager eventually stepped in and resolved everything within minutes. But honestly, it shouldn’t take a manager to do what basic customer service should handle smoothly. Wasted my time and left a bad impression overall.
