    Do not buy any APPLE GIFT CARDS from this location.recently bought 4 gift cards and 3 of them were redeemed already. The customer service representatives inside of the store know that they have bad Apple gift cards and are still selling them. You are then told that they can’t fix the issue and to figure it out with Apple. Apple support takes 10 business days to review the case. Such an inconvenience, I feel this is an inside job with the store.

    The staffing at Best Buy a great and very professional. My issue is the product that was purchased from there, it was a GE front load washer. I cannot recommend enough not to purchase a General Electric (GE) washer from anywhere but please remember that Best Buy had nothing to do with this. GE has sold its name and company to a Chinese outfit in 2016 that sells absolutely inferior products and junk. After speaking to the appliance maintenance man on the washer, he recommended to never purchase this brand as it keeps on breaking down with no end in sight. I am informing everyone that GE is not an American brand anymore and if you want a great bang for your buck stick with Whirlpool or Maytag. Plus E repairs are more costly as the parts are harder to find and fewer appliance maintenance outfit are now refusing to work on them.

    I dropped my work truck off early at the Best Buy location on Hulen Street near Southwest Loop 820 to have a rearview camera installed. The technicians drove the vehicle into the service bay and completed the installation. The rearview camera itself did work. However, when I returned to pick up my truck, the vehicle would not start at all. I could not remove it from the service bay and was forced to have the truck towed directly out of Best Buy’s bay at my own expense. Prior to dropping the vehicle off, the truck had no starting or electrical issues. After Best Buy’s service, it was completely inoperable. As a result, I incurred $250 in towing costs, $1,200 in diagnostic and repair expenses, and was without my work truck for an entire week, causing lost income and disruption to my business. Instead of taking responsibility, Best Buy required me to submit documentation to a third-party claims administrator (Sedgwick). After providing all requested paperwork, the claim was denied with the explanation that they “could not prove anything,” despite the fact that the vehicle became disabled while in their care and had to be towed out of their facility. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and declining service standards. I would not recommend Geek Squad Auto Services to any business owner or individual who depends on their vehicle. I am actively pursuing recovery for losses and damages caused by this negligence and am prepared to escalate further, including small claims court, if necessary.
