The guy helping me at customer service was rushing things and didn’t answer some questions I had . I am clueless when it comes to phones but man when I tell you these kids did NOT want to help. The person who I’m guessing is in charge of iPhone area , I felt he looked annoyed when helping me .

I spend 700 bucks in the store and he must assume from looking at me im not going to buy anything. They had the things behind a wall unlabeled they wouldn't even let me look at. I had to describe the type of system I wanted. I understand walking it to the register and all but damn, you people act like im going to steal just because I want to make a purchase. Please learn cultural sensitivity, its important even for a position like your's.
