The employees I came in contact with were helpful and curious. I had to ask for directions to electronics.
I transfered phone service from my carrier to Consumer Cellular via phone call. It was a bad idea because we got everything messed up. I went to Targets CC technicians to get it working correctly. The technician i delt with was great and corrected all problems. I am very satified.

Jeremy at Geek Squad is BEYOND amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond anyone I’ve ever encountered there. Don’t get me wrong other agents are helpful at this store as well but Jeremy was a star! I had a complex data transfer and was having issues with passwords, OneDrive and the list goes on. While files were downloading he juggled other customers, phone calls and being a cashier with ease. He kept coming back every few minutes to check on me and the computer. He was so patient and a real problem solver! I hope I’m lucky enough to get him again when (not if 🤦🏼♀️) I have a future issue. Thanks for being awesome Jeremy!
