Outdated. I went in ready to spend a large amount of money on a new camera and left empty handed because their displays are hard mounted. The employee advised “oh well, we don’t have any anyways.”

Best Buy has given me some disappointing service in the past, and because of that I refuse to purchase from them online again. However, I have to say — the in-store customer service at this location completely restored my faith. We went in to replace a TV that had stopped working. It was for our bedroom, so we weren’t looking to spend a fortune — just something reliable and solid. As we approached the TV section, a very kind gentleman immediately greeted us and asked if we had any questions. I did. In the past, I’ve purchased higher-end models, but this time I wanted something more middle-of-the-road. I’ve always trusted Samsung and LG because they’ve consistently produced quality televisions over the years. Without hesitation, he knew exactly what to show us and offered a couple of excellent options within that range. He demonstrated how each TV worked, clearly explained the differences, answered every question with patience, and handled the delivery setup, making the entire order completely seamless. The process was smooth, efficient, and far easier than I expected — something that would not have been possible without his help. I truly wish I had caught his name because he deserves recognition. I’m hopeful that this review and the receipt information will ensure he receives the credit he has absolutely earned.

I like Best Buy, but the third-party delivery people they use were extremely unprofessional. We have a house rule of no shoes indoors. I politely asked the two delivery men to wear disposable shoe covers. One of them looked me up and down in a way that made me feel intimidated before they finally agreed. After entering my home, they pushed the door open until it hit my table and then left the door wide open. I had to close it myself. They later stepped outside without removing the shoe covers and came back in wearing the same ones, walking on my living room carpet with dirt. One of the men also had a noticeable attitude throughout the delivery. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the third-party delivery service. Sorry Best Buy to leave a bad review here, but you should know this who you guys hiring for delivery.

I have spent so many hours on this… I have tried calling the local store. The New AI automation will not let you speak to a local store no matter what you do on the AI powered system. If you do need to talk to someone, you get to talk with a call center. I spoke with three different people who all said that there is no longer the ability to call the local store. You can only talk to a call center. After asking my question, the call center assured me that they could service my computer, when I took it in to the store, they said no. It’s so disappointing that Best Buy customer support has now been co lately taken over by AI and the only way to ask a real questions is to drive to the store, which is the only advice I was given from the call center. I have a simple yes or no question, but after driving to one location and finding out I was told wrong by the call center, I don’t know how many stores the expect me to just keep driving to. Disappointed that Best Buy now only uses AI and cannot help customers answer questions
