She was more worried about getting us switch to cricket then to understand and give us the correct information before switching us. The service by phone is completely far out worst, I wanted to switch to a company that seemed promising but realized I made a huge mistake. Lesson learned, I will go back with TMOBILE where after 8 years being with them I had never knew what incompetent people look and sounded like.
