Good place for all type of electronic products
I had a really great experience at the Best Buy Alliance location and wanted to specifically recognize two amazing team members.
The manager, Cecio, went above and beyond to help us when we were having trouble resolving an issue with our MacBook. Even though we initially had difficulty getting the problem solved, Cecio stepped in and made sure everything was handled properly and helped us with a replacement.
Kristen, the cashier, was also incredibly kind and patient with us throughout the process. Her friendly attitude made the experience much easier and more pleasant.
Both of them truly stood out for their professionalism and customer service. I really appreciate their help and wanted to share this positive experience. Thank you, Cecio 🧚🏻♂️and Kristen🧚🏻♂️!

I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a carpet cleaner, and while the agent assisting me was initially helpful, I had a very concerning experience.
During the transaction, I mentioned that I previously had a Best Buy credit card. The agent told me it could be reactivated, which I agreed to. However, without clearly informing me, he proceeded to open a brand-new credit card account instead of reactivating the old one.
This was misleading and felt deceptive. I was not made aware that a new credit inquiry would be initiated, and as a result, this has negatively impacted my credit score. In the end, I chose to pay the full price rather than proceed with the card, making the situation even more frustrating.
I believe this matter should be brought to management’s attention, as this kind of approach is not transparent and undermines customer trust. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
As a best buy credit card holder and customer for many years, unfortunately I had a very disappointing visit tonight with Travis at Geek Squad. Came in for a macbook pro screen repair, he said it should be about $300 to replace the screen but would check. (Through the whole process, everything he said sounded like a question not a statement) After checking his computer he said it would be around $550 because it would be a full replacement not just the screen. I asked him why it couldn’t be just the screen like he said earlier. He literally laughed at me (i had my BIL with me and can attest to this) and said “thats not how it works with MacBooks, you don’t just replace a screen”. Which is fine, but why did he tell me earlier that it was possible but now laughing at me for questioning what he said earlier. Not sure if it’s because i’m a woman, or what. But it felt very demeaning to be laughed at for asking a simple question. I would have done the repair, but not with that kind of “customers service”. I will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure to never do a total tech membership again. *edit to add* i have no problem with what the actual repair is. I understand apple products are tricky, its the way Travis handled it thats the problem.
