Chelsea-thank you for fitting me in yesterday as well as being so nice over the phone and at check-out! Dr. Neider-I appreciate the phone call this morning checking on my puppy!!! Thank you both so much once again for making my visit a positive one, especially how scared I was with my puppy not feeling well. Hospital manager-PLEASE make sure they see this!!
- LCLorraine CanavanMar 7, 20265.0I had an absolutely wonderful experience at VCA. I called, frantic to get my pup seen ASAP as my usual vet could not see us for a few hours. I wish I could remember the receptionist’s name, but she was wonderful. Got us in within 30 min of initial call, consoled my anxious self who was a mess in the waiting room. Dr Horne saw my girl quickly, explained all her findings during the initial exam in great detail. My girl was promptly taken back for X-Rays and lab work, they even cut her nails while sedated (thank you soooo much). She was extremely thorough, taking note of any and all previous concerns and gave me even better explanation than previous vets. I left feeling my girl was in the right hands, and we would get down to the root cause of the issues. She gave me clear, and cost friendly remedies to continue my girl’s treatment. Xray and Lab results were explained to me in great detail (I am NO vet), and I left feeling like my pup was being cared for like their own. I would recommend Dr Horne and her team to anyone.

This was my first time at VCA, as my usual vet could not see my dog for 3 more days. I will definitely be using this practice in the future and highly recommend.
