I honestly left this experience feeling frustrated and disappointed. This was my second time dealing with the owner, and both times his attitude toward me was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
What made it worse was the Express Pickup situation. Verizon advertises a straightforward process, but this store requires you to call in just to get a status update or move the order forward.
Nowhere during checkout does it say that calling the store is required. I waited 24 hours past the pickup time, assuming it was being processed, only to be told I needed to call. That defeats the entire purpose of “express” pickup.
After that interaction, I canceled my second order and decided to deal with the inconvenience of going to a corporate Verizon store instead of this authorized retailer. I work hard for my money, and I refuse to spend it somewhere that treats customers this way.

The owner at this location is consistently rude toward women and does not follow Verizon’s stated policy for Express Pickup orders. Customers are required to call the store to request the status of their order, which contradicts how Verizon advertises the Express Pickup process. There is no indication during checkout that calling the store is an additional required step.
I should not have to call 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time only to be told that I needed to call in order for the order to be processed. This is my second experience with this owner, and the behavior has been consistently unprofessional.
As a result, I canceled my second order and chose to complete my purchase through a corporate Verizon store instead of an authorized retailer. This experience reinforced my decision to take my business elsewhere.

The owner is very rude towards women. They do not follow verizon policy for express pick up orders. You have to call and request the status of the order. This is not how verizon's express pickup works. I shouldn't have to call 24 hours after the order was due for pickup to only be told that you need to call in. Verizon doesn't explain this as a step in the order pick up. This is my second time dealing with the owner and he is always very rude. For this reason, I chose to cancel the second order and go through the hassle of ordering at a real Verizon Store and not an authorized seller. I am glad I got the opportunity to be treated this way by this location owner as a reminder to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
UPDATE: Corporate Verizon customer service has been wonderful about this situation and has agreed that this is not how the express pickup is expected to work. I am very appreciative of how they are handling this situation and reviewing this authorized seller's interpretation of the verizon policy. They have assisted with cancelling my pickup order so that I can make sure I am spending my money with a verizon store that does implement the expected verizon customer service.
