    Best Customer Service! Donovan advised on what was needed to close this account. I stopped at TWO Verizon stores in NC. No one could help. As soon as I got back to TX, I went to this store. Isaiah was able to help me add my Guardianship paperwork and close the account. Donovan cleared up a question I had regarding a final bill in less than 5 minutes. (I had called the corporate CS number. After 30 minutes, Rod had "exhausted all efforts" in verifying me on the account.) THANK YOU TO THE FLOWER MOUND CREW!!

    Staff are terrible, walk in the door and the first thing they say is “trade-ins or new phones”. Not even a simple greeting. Said they couldn’t help transfer the payment that was incorrectly added to one phone to another on our account, said would have to upgrade and then transfer. Call Verizon customer support later, transferred it with no issue. Wouldn’t recommend coming in to a store, shop online and do a pickup or delivery. Much easier and the website provides better customer service then these individuals.
