    Highly would not recommend for business customers. We regularly place orders through our business rep for local store pickup for our personnel. This store does not know how to do it apparently and our employee waited 2 hours in store for someone to figure out how to pickup a phone that was already PAID for! No one could figure it out and then they kicked our employee out at closing time and said could not help. Try again tomorrow. REALLY!? After two hours of waiting in store??? No Thanks.

    I placed the order today at 10:00 AM (CST), but it is still listed as “in process.” I called the store to understand the delay and what options I had. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Both the manager, Dan, and the associate I first spoke with simply told me that “the system is down” and that there was nothing they could do. No empathy was shown, nor was I given any estimate of when the system might be working again. The only option offered was for me to cancel the order in person and try another store — which is not a reasonable resolution given my time constraints. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a better resolution. Please escalate this matter and provide me with a timely solution so I can receive my device before my travel tomorrow.
