    I ordered an Apple Watch from the store because the only one in stock had the larger wristband. When I received the new watch, we noticed that it also had a medium/large band, same to the one at the store. I called the store to request an exchange, but the manager informed them that there would be a $50 restock fee!!Subsequently, I called Verizon and discussed the issue, and Verizon took care of it at no cost. But as far as this store and manager is concerned, never go back!

    Excellent customer service from Don at this location. I was in the market for a new wireless provider and Don made the choice of switching to Verizon an easy and seamless transition. Highly recommend this location.

    Best customer service I’ve had to date. I transferred 5 lines from ATT, it was smooth sailing. Donovan welcomed me with a smile and Yesh was the perfect assistance with porting in.
