    I do not remember his name, but one short guy with glasses with very unhelpful. The guy who helped me was pretty condescending and made many passive aggressive comments, like assuming I had bad credit for being 20, saying “you’ll need to pay for your own phone plan at some point” when I said that I was still under my moms plan, assuming the phone color I wanted based off gender, kept trying to sell me on things when I was very adamant on what exactly I wanted, and was simply just unpleasant to deal with. You would think that purchasing a phone should be a good experience with helpful people, whereas he made it frustrating and made it all about the sale. However, everyone else was very kind and made it a comfortable environment.

    Above and Beyond Service – Manager & Team I visited Best Buy yesterday and purchased an Open Box TV. Unfortunately, after I got home and opened the package, I discovered that one of the crucial parts was missing. When I returned to the store to explain the situation, the manager was incredibly helpful and immediately apologized for the inconvenience. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, thanks to their excellent assistance. All the employees I interacted with with were also exceptionally kind and friendly. As someone who is a dedicated tech enthusiast, having a reliable place like Best Buy is absolutely essential. Yesterday was a truly great experience because of how well the situation was managed. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the manager and all the staff.

    Worst customer service after purchase experience. I’ll never buy another item from Best Buy and I have bought plenty. Call it WORST BUY from now on.
