  Alfred was wonderful and helped us out so efficiently! He was very charismatic and answered all our questions. I had gone to the AT&T store to try and get my trade ins done, but every store had rude service and couldn’t end up helping us. Alfred at Best Buy got us all set up within 15 minutes! Very thankful for the store and their service.

  I went there the other day to get a product worked on . And I was talking to your employee ‘s about Pokemon . And how I was starting to get into it . And they said that there will be a shipment of this Friday ( April 10, 2026 ) . I’m a reg guy I don’t scalp but if you tell info and if I go off of it . Please don’t waste my time and find out the shipment was yesterday ( April 9 , 2026 ) . Very uncool and uncalled for especially for someone who’s getting into as a beginner.

  Why in the world does Best Buy have the WORST AI phone assistance???? I just want to talk to a real person about something that I want to buy right now. That seems to be impossible. I don't think that I can ever give this business my money do to this idiotic system they have in place. I can guarantee that you are losing lots of business, because this absolutely ridiculous and infuriating.
