I went in to get a new phone screen protector and Josh was tremendous help as he clearly explained what advantages come from purchasing one through Best Buy. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I will definitely return as the customer service shown throughout the store is what I found most impressive.

Great experience at the Best Buy in Flower Mound. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Checkout was quick and smooth. Definitely one of the better Best Buy locations.

I just want to tell you how wonderful Jacob in the cell phone area was for me. He told me he was new and he wasn’t sure how to find what I was looking for on my account. He figured it out and was so nice and it didn’t take him long at all. I wish I would have gotten his last name, but he was WONDERFUL.

Flower Mound Best Buy and Lewisville Best Buy are my go to places for tech. They always do a good job. BB Corp is disappointing because they eliminated the points program unless you have the BB credit card. I've purchased thousands of dollars of tech over the last couple years with zero rewards money to buy more. Not all of us need another credit card. Corp has lost customers because of this thus penalizing consumers. Thanks

I wish I can rate this higher, I just honestly can't. I came in looking for assistance and no employees wants to help me out. There was a group of them in a circle and they were just hanging out. I know they saw when they made eye contact. I was ignored for 15 minutes, all I wanted was to buy a Gopro. There were other workers moving stuff and they completely ignored me. I dont like rating places low, but this was the worst experience I had for Best Buy. You guys need to do better, im taking my bussiness elsewhere.
