Brutal experience. Called to see if they can repair my device. The robo-assistant was awful and didn't understand "stereo" so I was put on hold to talk to someone. Sat on hold over three minutes and dropped. I'll call someone else.

Scheduled an appt and put what happened to my Microsoft Surface 7 Pro + in the comments. They called to reschedule, so I agreed. Went in at the new time and was told that they could not fix my cracked screen. Could’ve saved me the trip, read the comment I put in and just called me to let me know ahead of time.

I had a very disappointing experience at the customer service desk today. The lady at the desk was unprofessional and not welcoming at all. She was on the phone when I arrived—I'm not sure if it was personal or work-related, but either way, it gave a very unprofessional impression.
The signs clearly say “walk-ins welcome,” yet I was told I needed an appointment. That feels misleading and like false advertising. I pay for services through Best Buy, and if my device stops working, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get help.
This experience has left me frustrated enough to consider shopping elsewhere for my electronics in the future. If I’m paying for support, I expect clear communication and professional service.

Terrible, appointment was from 3-320, I came to appt at 305 & rep refused to service me & made me reschedule. Excuse was only one rep was even knowledgeable on computers & was too busy!! Even though it was still within my scheduled timeframe
