Outlet not really great normal store fantastic was able to purchase the item I wanted 34 in acer nito curved monitor and a sound bar now I can play my games in 2k/4k ultra wide 200hz on a budget without having to spend a thousand dollars on a good monitor

Best Buy needs to give employees commission because I had a supervisor reluctantly acknowledge me only upon look at them straight in the eye. They called a blue shirt over to help me and I waited for fifteen minutes. An AT&T employee offered help and then proceeded to call over someone else, and finally one person quickly came over to help and tried to hustle me on my way.
I made a purchase, as I needed it, but I may have bought the wrong thing, so who knows?

I had a really good experience at Best Buy. The cashier was extremely patient with me when I ran into a credit card error during checkout. She stayed calm, waited it out, and made sure everything was handled without any pressure. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional as well. I also noticed how clean and well-organized the store was, which made shopping more comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth visit thanks to a great team, and I left feeling well taken care of.

This place used to be a staple when I was a young kiddo. Sure they have plenty of stuff to choose from but good customer service is a rarity! I really needed help with a color laser purchase and ended up walking out after waiting for help. Someone came eventually but was clueless. Frustrating ordeal for sure. I sure miss the days before e commerce took over.
