I received absolutely terrible service from Grayson the Best Buy manager at the LBJ location. I have filed a complaint with corporate and hoping to get a call back from the store to resolve the issue. It took us 30 minutes to pick up an order. The manager was absolutely incompetent and not in any way helpful. Unfortunately this interaction with this store and manager has made me never want to purchase electronics from Best Buy again.

Large electronics store located near Midway and Interstate 635/LBJ. They have everything from smart phones and accessories, laptops, tablets, video games, televisions, cameras, etc. They also have appliances like refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers and other things. This store is a pleasure to shop in.

I always make it a point to stop by Best Buy whenever I’m in Dallas. One of the best things is that there are two Best Buys right next to each other, which makes it super convenient if you’re hunting for something specific or just browsing.
The stores themselves are big and spacious, so you don’t feel cramped or stressed while looking for what you need. It’s easy to walk around, compare products, and really check out everything without feeling rushed.
Another perk is the outlet section, sometimes you can snag some really good deals if you’re lucky. It’s a great way to get high-quality electronics without paying full price.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE TOP OF THE LINE TV AND REDELIVERY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!
Ordered a top of the line TV that was defective. For weeks I called to get a new TV delivered. I was always told it was "in transit" (sitting on a truck) which was supposedly a system glitch. I rescheduled (to set an appt, they want you to block out an entire day (7 am-7 pm), which is ridiculous). The driver cancelled the redelivery (he called an hr before the time, when I was in a doctor's appt). I called back 10 min later and he refused to answer. I have been trying to reschedule for weeks (total time = 6 wks). I called and the person told me that she couldn't schedule it (despite the fact that it was the same number as before). She gave me another number, which I called. That person told me that an appt had already been scheduled for the next day between 7 am -7 pm. I told her that it was a mistake - that I had never discussed or agreed to an appt and I was fully booked already. She said that if it wasn't a mistake, someone would call that night to narrow the appt from 12 hrs to 4 hrs and I could tell them to cancel. They never called but they showed up the next day and, of course, I wasn't home. Another woman called me after that. I have called her back 3 times and left messages and she has never called again. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! 12-28 THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES - For the second time BB randomly scheduled a delivery appt on 12-30 with out consulting me or discussing it with me. I just happened to call. The woman informed me that it was scheduled from 7 am - 7 pm until the night before when the window would be narrowed. I explained to her that I work and it was not possible for me to block out an entire day until the night before. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND HUNG UP ON ME!
