We were lucky to get help from Nick Cronin, He was AMAZING, also, his manager was very knowledgeable on the process we were doing and got our problems solved 100%. Service was beyond our expectations. Many times, as customers, we complain about a bad service, but we forget to provide kudos for an excellent service received. The two who greeted him just stared at him like he was asking a stupid question and didn’t respond. He then had to follow up by asking again what his next steps should be, a they flatly said “we don’t do that here. Go online.” Clearly they aren’t interested in customers post purchase, they couldn’t even be polite or demonstrate basic communication skills.

Called a few Verizon stores to see if they had inventory in the phones I was looking for, and this one did! The store was very clean and all employees were very courteous. There was a few hiccups during checkout, mostly on my end, but I left with 4 new phones I was very happy with!
