- CWCrystal WrightAug 2, 20251.0I have nothing bad to say about the employees that work at the cricket store here in Elgin my problem with cricket is they value their incoming customers more than they value their existing customers they offer new customers discounts on their phones you get an iPhone 16e for $200 but us existing customers would have to pay full price and I think that is ridiculous how about you put more effort into your existing customers then you do the customers that you're trying to bring in because if it wasn't for us existing customers cricket wouldn't exist
