For more than a month they’ve been trying to upgrade my phone with no success. Manager Yahaira told me she’d place my order and never did. She tried to look into a shipping issue, never did nor did she communicate with me. All calls are routed to an Overseas call center (hard to understand accents) that can’t communicate with store front in real time. They can’t transfer you to the store coz the store (that cells phones) doesn’t have a phone. Customer service is terrible there. I witnessed a store employee give fraudulent info to corporate employee, via phone, to open an account. This store doesn’t keep promises such as keeping you informed on the status and incompetent to trouble shoot. Victra systems are separate from Verizon so transaction initiated there cannot be touched by a corporate Verizon agent so you’ll be forced to go to the store over and over. I’ll give Angel props, he tried to help but he’s limited with what they can do. Save your energy, go to a corporate Verizon store and not a third party. You’ll see a sign on the door if it’s owned by a third party.
