    Sydney was great! Came to this location because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint. Sydney was kind, helpful, and also patient with Verizon customer service on the phone as she helped solve my issue.     Terrible customer service. The guy wasn’t even trying to make a sale, went in there and he did not try to explain anything. Fortunately Rafael in their sales department customer service took the time to explain the options. Could have saved a lot of time if I had only called before thinking, that someone in the actual store would take the time to walk me through my options.
