I walked in was assisted rather fast and I told the girl I wanted to open up two new lines new numbers and she takes out a paper and starts writing numbers down from the top of her head onto a piece of paper. I asked if she was going to be able to give me an actual quote from the paper with out using a tablet or device to quote me off of and she was like it will be $250 today . And I asked if they had the pink iPhone 16 and she said it will take her 10 minutes to open the safe. And she left me there alone still not trying to get my ID or any info from me to get me an accurate quote. I walked out and went to the Corporate office on Montelongo. And there I was greeted with kindness and was taken more serious and he actually ran a credit check and did everything correctly. I am so glad I went to another location bc the one on Tierra este was no help what so ever. Do not recommend this location at all

As with any review , it’s best to go and experience for yourself first hand as many factors can contribute to a negative review . I needed to switch carriers and obtain a new phone . Annette supplied efficient and beyond adequate information in order to help me in a timely manner . Annette was very patient and professional during the hectic holiday season . I was able to purchase a new phone , change carriers after 20 yrs and end up with a less expensive bill which AT&T couldn’t offer. Annette provided me with amazing service . THANK YOU Annette !

I walked in right when they opened the store to request assistance with my smart watch, which I had previously done on a different occasion. She kept repeating one phrase "our insurance claim provider is asurion. " When I questioned why she couldn't help me AT ALL when the gentlemen that also work there had previously been able to, all she could do was repeat the same phrase over and over. She didn't bother to offer to look up my account or any other type of assistance, she just wanted me out of there. I did not file with asurion, I called the main Verizon office and they were able to offer the assistance I needed, and had previously received at that same location, but obviously not from Annette. I don't understand why some people refuse to offer ANY assistance. If you don't like your job, especially in customer service, maybe it's time to find another job.
