Very happy with my experience at this location! Annette was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me, instead of making me wait for a phone to be ordered she found one in the back and gave it to me. I really appreciate her kindness and excellent service.

I have to say I didn’t think I was going to go thru as much trouble as I did because of this store.
It started Sunday October 5th I went to the store two transfer two lines from cricket and to add two new lines hence they had a good promotion. I showed up waited for about 25 mins as both of the agents were busy, one of them finally was available and started taking care of me sure nice lady very helpful, after an hour in a half we were done I transferred two lines and added two new ones and got two new phones, I had to pick up one of the new phones at Zaragoza location and the other one at the Horizon location no big deal, I asked the lady that helped me if they were going to wait for me at the other stores and she says oh yeah my Maher said they are super busy so they will be there.
I get to Zaragoza store is closed I waited and some one came out so I came in mind you I’m just picking up a phone, waited for about 30-45 mins I finally got to talk to the only person there taking care of three people and she right away gave me the phone I asked her if she knew of the horizon store was still open and she said no they are closed but she stated she will be at the other location Monday the 6th.
As I was looking at my ported numbers I noticed the made a mistake with my main number transposing one digit. So I went to the store on Montana again and the same lady that helped was there and so was the Manager I explain the issue to them so he told her you input the wrong number I said it happens to every one he started to port the number got them the PIN number to port it and after another in half my number was quote on quote ported. I asked the lady right before I left why it was still showing it wasn’t done she said if turn on and off your phones several times and it will be fixed.
A week later after turning on and off my phone at least three times a day it was not done so I decided to go to the store again I show up and the lady that’s helped is there but she is busy so I waited once she was done she approached me and I told you helped me last week and I’m still having issues with the phone not being ported she tells me oh well my manger helped you I said yes he did but your were the one that transposed the numbers, she gets on the phone and calls her manager than she tells me oh you need to get a new pin from cricket we can’t do anything you need to call ten so I asked her but we did that already you helped and it didn’t work I juts want to get my line working and I want my refund from cricket but they tools me I can get my credit until the line is transferred, I told the lady the same thing and she continues to repeat the same thing oh well we can’t help you you need to call and get it ported cause you need the number from cricket. I said so now I have to do all the work I told her I have already spent 5 hrs between you guys and picking up the phones I said and you guys are not going to help me she continues to tell me I need to take care of it , then she tells her manager on the phone there is other customers here and he keeps telling me about the same issue, I told her but your are not resolving the issue now I have to fix what you made a mistake on and again she tells her manager there is customers here, I was not disrespectful not one did I raise my voice at her she then calls her team mate and tells him I don’t want to leave and I explained the same to him so I finally got tired and I told them I was going to call the executive team about the issue and oh man did that make them more upset , I asked her for her name and her managers name so I can let the executive team who I spoke with and she got even worse so I walked away. After getting home I called Verizon my self and after spending another hour and 24 minutes my issue was resolved. If there is something I absolutely find unprofessional is when people make a mistake and don’t fix it 7 days later I ended up having to fix the issue my self because her and her manager did not want to help me with a mistake she made by transposing my phone number.
