I was given misleading information at every step and ended up purchasing a new phone based on promises about their so-called “offers” that did not turn out to be true. They upgraded me to a “better plan” without clearly explaining the real costs and conveniently left out important details. My first bill was almost $300 more because of some fees, on top of the money I had already paid in the store. On top of that, beware of their setup and activation fees, they charge you simply to turn the phone on and hand it back to you. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and intentionally misleading. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going directly to Verizon instead, where you’re more likely to receive clear and transparent information.
