I came in as a T-Mobile customer with a broken phone and initially stopped by the Verizon store in the mall simply to ask for directions to the T-Mobile location. Instead, I was immediately greeted by the manager, Edwin, and his representative, Isaih. They took the time to explain the current promotions, assisted me through the switching process, and helped me get a new phone along with a complimentary watch. Excellent service—thank you both!
