Upon speaking to a female worker there, my grandma was informed she needed to create an appointment with a technician. This was an easy way to dismiss my grandma and not even try to assist her. Today, I restarted her cellphone and got it work. I am in disbelief that a Verizon employee was not able to even try to do that, a simple restart of the device. Something an elder person might not know how to do or be aware there is that option. I want to bring attention to this matter as elders make up a big majority in your clientele, and for you to dismiss someone so easily without even wanting to help is extremely unprofessional, coming from a location and business like yours.
