Turned out to be horrible , I had to go 5 times already to tell them to honor what they had offered me since the beginning. Spoke to the general manager, my issue has not been resolved , I went once again to see what can be done. They gave me a different option to honor the deal they had given me , I said okay and still they haven’t honored that. I honestly don’t know why they just don’t do it. Every time I go I get tell that it is gonna be honored within 2-3 days , I ask the employees and they never know what’s going on. I’m very frustrated as I changed carrier hoping for a better service , and they just lie and lie.

He had me erase my iphone before the backup then has me go pick up my watch at another location. I come back, the manager assists him with the set up of my phone and watch. Well... nothing backed up like she said it had. I had to retrieve passwords on my own. My watch was not connected to its line like i was told. I ts only connected via Bluetooth. I was there for close to 2 hours!!! Horrible! I usually go to sunland but this location is closer to my home. Go to sunlandpark location. Customsr service sucks here.

Juan was able to reset my phone and get it up and running. Juan answered all of my many questions about purchasing a new phone was very patient and thorough. He went over upgrades and other promotions and was able to get us a $10 monthly discount on youtube premium. I will definitely come to this location again for future purchases.
