  Come to find out that the employee who sold me the phone not only added a $10 hotspot perk but also added insurance. What a shame. I am beyond outraged and will be coming back in to return the phone I bought and cancel the service entirely

  The store service is horrible. The store is always understaffed and it seems that sale associates are hanging out in the back to avoid assisting customers. When you walk in there is no greeting and you just walk around hoping that your acknowledged. I dread going to this location, but it's the closest to my house.

  Lady who helped me out added a $10 hotspot perk to my line without letting me know. The plan I chose already comes with 200 GB of hotspot. Why would I need 100 GB more. Terrible service. Won’t be coming back here…

  One word for this place…INCOMPETENT! Customer service at this store was poor and unhelpful. I visited multiple times to activate and switch phones and received conflicting information from different employees. After being told the process had to be done in store, I came prepared and waited, only to be told after 30 minutes that it would be another 45-minute wait, or that I could just call a number and complete everything over the phone. Coming to this store was a complete waste of my time when everything could have been done from home. Even customer service on the phone provided unclear and inconsistent directions. Between the outage where I missed important calls from work, Verizon’s spotty cell and internet service, and lack of adequate customer support, I will no longer do business with Verizon. I strongly suggest saving your time, money, avoiding this store and avoid Verizon all together.

  Changed to this company from T-Mobile looking for a better carrier and customer service. Turned out to be horrible , I had to go 5 times already to tell them to honor what they had offered me since the beginning. Spoke to the general manager, my issue has not been resolved , I went once again to see what can be done. They gave me a different option to honor the deal they had given me , I said okay and still they haven’t honored that. I honestly don’t know why they just don’t do it. Every time I go I get tell that it is gonna be honored within 2-3 days , I ask the employees and they never know what’s going on. I’m very frustrated as I changed carrier hoping for a better service , and they just lie and lie.
