Not one single "Deal" offered, when asked if the online prices would be honored the sales associate said " let me know which deals and I can tell you if we have them". The transaction was rushed, no accessories offered, not a single detail explained. What was offered seemed like a sales associate hack, oh add this and we will discount you the cost, but still no explanation on how the discount would be applied.

We decided to go in person to resolve this issue. Upon entering, we didn’t know the store opened at 11am; however, the door to the business was left unlocked so we assumed they opened early. A man came out and said we needed to leave (mind you we entered at 10:58am) because the store was closed and then the manager proceeded to come out and told us to get out of the store with the “attitudes” we had. Needless to say that my family and I will be switching to another carrier because of the way we were treated. ☺️
