- KLKaryn LopezDec 9, 20251.0My father and I were needing help to resolve some issues with our billing. Of course we called the customer service number but were not receiving the help we needed. We decided to go in person to resolve this issue. Upon entering, we didn’t know the store opened at 11am; however, the door to the business was left unlocked so we assumed they opened early. A man came out and said we needed to leave (mind you we entered at 10:58am) because the store was closed and then the manager proceeded to come out and told us to get out of the store with the “attitudes” we had. Needless to say that my family and I will be switching to another carrier because of the way we were treated. ☺️

- COChris OrtegaNov 14, 20251.0Been a Verizon customer for almost 5 years. Never had an issue till today, 9/14/25. I called customer service first and they told me to go to the store which I did. The person assisting me Jaime, was very rude, looked irritated and made no effort to find resolution other then giving me his name. The manager Jesus did not even personally try to resolve any issue or acknowledge my presence. Yet, on my last upgrade he had no problem adding all these perks n extras. Every iPhone release I get an upgrade, every Christmas I always take advantage of specials at this store. No longer. Verizon is a great company, but I wouldn’t recommend at all being assisted w either of these 2. 10 lines I have in total, and they are in jeopardy of being ported to a different carrier, not because the issue wasn’t resolved but because of the poor customer service received from these two I mentioned.
