I should have trusted the reviews. When several people complain about the same behavior, there’s usually a reason. I visited this store today for a simple billing question—nothing complicated—and chose this location only because it was nearby. Unfortunately, I was treated rudely by a female employee and the manager. Apparently, customer service here is reserved exclusively for those making a purchase. The reviews weren’t exaggerating.

They get paid to be on their phones. They were uninterested in helping me. When I told them my issue they said it was a billing issue and there was nothing they could do. Then went back to their phones and put their backs to me. So I switched to T Mobile.

WELL ITS SAD TO SEE WHEN YOU ARE NO LONGER A VERIZON COSTUMER THEIR ATTENTION AND SERVICE CHANGES DRASTICALLY. I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY 5 LINES BECAUSE THE CHARGES WENT TO THE SKY AND THE PLANS WERE UNPAYABLE (2K PER MONTH FOR A BUSINESS ACCT ANYWAYS NO DETAILS BUT VERY VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE)
I CAME FOR A PRINT STATMENT AND THEY DECIDED TO MAKE ME WAIT 35 MIN . WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF COSTUMERS BESIDES ME, AND LIKE 5 EMPLOYEES. I WAS PISSED. SORRY VERIZON ZARAGOZA. HORRIBLE COSRUMWR SERVICE FRON THIS GUY OSCAR STARTING FROM HIS APROACH WITH THE HOW CAN I HELP YOU LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT ME. AND LIKE IF HES GIVING YOU A FAVOR. THANK GOD I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
