Horrible sales store. One of the worst in the country I've shopped at Verizon from Florida, California unqualified. Untrained, I with verizon for 6 years on a prepaid .I was a loyal customer, One visit to them an They scammed me out of an upgrade for a phone, promise me my bill wouldn't change. And now I'm with another service and the Samsung phone that they gave me. I threw it in the trash. One of the worst sales businesses I have ever visited in my life and I'm not from out here. I'm from the real city.
This is my first experience with this store, but have been a 20 year customer of Verizon. BOTH Brianna and Sebastian were amazingly helpful, polite, quick, efficient, and made my day! Keep up the good work team!
I'm posting this review for my mother who is 69 and not very good with technology. Unfortunately she lost her phone while shopping and needed to get a new one so of course we go to the closest Verizon (12302 Montana), and I must warn you that is the worst location for customer service the young lady unfortunately I do not have her name but I will find out was extremely rude and unhelpful. She basically told my mother to go to the corporate office for help that is not customer service that is laziness to the fullest.
With that being said my mother who i remind u is an elder had no choice but to go to the location on North Zaragoza(1796 N Zaragoza), And we must say the customer service from this location and your location is completely night and day.
Ms.Laura what's the most helpful young lady, not only did she troubleshoot unlocking my mother's phone but she was also able to download everything for her from her Cloud to her new phone, and to top it off the manager Omar , was also an assistance and was very delightful and courteous regarding the whole situation and getting my mother set up with a new phone.
When it comes to elderly people patience is important and I can tell you the one on Montana has no patience for anyone which is unacceptable and rude especially if you work in customer service I highly recommend going to the North Zaragoza location for any of your Verizon needs!!!!
I should have trusted the reviews. When several people complain about the same behavior, there’s usually a reason. I visited this store today for a simple billing question—nothing complicated—and chose this location only because it was nearby. Unfortunately, I was treated rudely by a female employee and the manager. Apparently, customer service here is reserved exclusively for those making a purchase. The reviews weren’t exaggerating.
They get paid to be on their phones. They were uninterested in helping me. When I told them my issue they said it was a billing issue and there was nothing they could do. Then went back to their phones and put their backs to me. So I switched to T Mobile.
