- SRSiobhan RinconOct 3, 20251.0Sarihi the manager at this store isn't a very good manager. So I was told at another store that my phone was going to be compatible to get my service transfered and I was able to keep my phone and number. Going through the process it didn't work. So I requested my money back since I wasn't going to be able to get services and I was told that I couldn't get refunded and there was no paper work given to me after the payment was made. So then I said ok set me up with a phone since I already paid for services and was also denied that. So please someone explain to me how does this make it ok and not provide customer service. She was rude and no willingness to help. Im going to keep bugging until I either get my phone or my money. I will also be reporting to the bbb for fraud
