- AAAdrian AcostaAug 18, 20251.0I just called to the North loop location and I was told that they could not give Information about their services over the phone. Today is Monday, August 8 at 2:39 PM. The lady that answered was very rude, could not articulate her words in a respectful manner. I asked for a manager’s number and the lady hung up on me. I then called to the Alameda store, which I was given all the information I needed about trying to make a change from cricket o their services, the lady there was very respectful and gave me all the information in details over the phone. So I would advise to go to the Alameda store because the person or people that are working the north loop are very rude and dishonest first impression is everything And the north Loop employee gave a very bad first impression probably will not change services from cricket wireless, which I was 100% sure I was going to do good luck to anybody that does decide to deal with the employees at the North Loop location. I never given a review until today, the dishonesty and the disrespect is the reason why I gave this review.
