The Hotspot feature is worth the price by itself. I'm 74, and not very technical. I was in the best place to receive the help I needed that I might imagine. Thinking back through a couple of phones back, there is simply no comparison between them and Cricket. Customer service, the quality of the free phone, and a pleasant atmosphere. Can't beat it. My friend who referred me earned $35. She told me one time when her I-phone was on the blink, they fixed it like new in 2 days. If you're on Food Stamps, take your benefit letter with you to save 30 bucks. All in all, it's easy to see why they are so successful.
