  Geek squat no very geeky. They called to the phone they were repairing to let know it was ready 🤦🏻‍♀️. Joyce wrote down an alternative number and the no one thought to call (I mean if she even wrote it down). I went for the phone because it was 6hrs since the got it just to fix the screen 🥴😴 They lack of customer service in that department 😳 I’m giving 2 stars because the screen is working nice 😅.

  I went to shop for a lab top, I was looking thru lab tops, I was willing to spend a good amount. A Employee approach me to help me, she was young 20-25. I wanted a lab top for work, she showed me, the most expensive lab top there, I said what about those other lab tops? They where lower in price. She said, those won't last you thou. But this one will. The most expensive one they had there. I said, ok thank you. She didn't even explain to me the differences, the options why? This expensive one was better than the others? I went to another best buy, where I was treated as a person, with kindness, professionality, explain the difference, between them, be helpful to me. Not cheat me, I took one, of a lower price at another store, and bought other things, I needed, and will return to that store, because,I was treated as a person, and they where helpful to me.

  Excelentes precios en tecnología, hay mucha variedad de productos. Solo que música, videos, cds y dvds ya no hay en sucursal. Solo una cantidad limitadas de discos de vinil.

  Excelente atención, bien ubicado y buen stock. Revisen los precios en línea, suelen haber promociones no anunciadas en tienda.

  Garbage service. The guy "helping" me had a bad attitude like he didn't want to be there or he wanted to get rid of me. I asked about prices for a 50 inch 4k smart TV. He said $300 something. I noticed one for $170. He said, "that one is 55 inches and you wanted 50". I laughed, thanked him for wasting my time and left. I'll never set foot in this god awful store again. Why companies are no longer interested in making money is beyond me. I won't be surprised when they go out of business. You're better off getting it cheaper elsewhere. Good riddance. I'll save my money and go to a pawn shop.
