They tried to say we broke it because there was a fingerprint on the screen. The tv cost a little over 1K do you really think we wouldn’t handle it with care? Come on. They gave us a hard time about it. They stated they would order us a new tv since they didn’t have anymore in store. We paid for it to be delivered and setup because we didn’t appreciate them accusing us the first time. The new tv was delivered and set up on Nov 5th. But these geniuses delivered the wrong TV. Matter of fact a cheaper tv at that! I called BEST BUY, spoke to six different people for the guy to tell me that I would have to call back tomorrow because their system says that everything was successful. I told him how, when they delivered the wrong tv. He stated that he couldn’t updated it because of the system and to call back tomorrow. So I did exactly that! Once again I spoke to four people this time for them to tell me that I would have to wait 24-48 hrs for this location to contact me because they delivered it! I’m still waiting on a call. The only reason we haven’t asked for a refund yet is because we are no longer in El Paso to help my parents set up their tv. Giving them till tomorrow. Yes, I will be updating my review.

He charged my card $303, then came back and said they couldn’t fix it and that I’d get a refund in a few days still haven’t. He was also throwing stuff around and even tossed something toward my girlfriend before awkwardly apologizing. Completely unprofessional I won’t be coming back to Geek Squad for anything.
