    BEWARE COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS!!! I purchased a Samsung smartphone online through Best Buy on August 17,  2025. The phone came with a legitimate manufacturer warranty, yet after I sent it in for a port‑charge repair in January 2026, I received it back on February 25, 2026 accompanied by an official Samsung letter confirming that the device was counterfeit. I tried to resolve the matter, I drove to the nearest Best Buy store at 1834 Joe Battle Boulevard in El  Paso, Texas, only to be told by the staff that I needed to contact corporate. After calling corporate, I was instructed to return to the store and speak with a store manager. The following day, I met the store manager, Joshua, I believe is his name , who told me he had no procedure for handling a counterfeit‑product claim. I called corporate again to authorize the refund, in store, and they eventually connected me with a supervisor named Inran, who flatly refused a refund on the grounds that the “warranty had expired.” I explained I had a manufacturer letter confirming the product is counterfeit, and was still denied. Since the device was recognized as a counterfeit product, it no longer carries any legitimate warranty at all. It is, by definition, an illegal sale. I explained I would report the incident to Best Buy’s ethics line and warned that I would involve the FTC, yet the company continues to deny a refund for a product that was never genuine. I tried to leave a review through my bestbuy account and wasn't able to because apparently I have "no eligible purchases within the last 2 years" , even though this device was purchased on August 17th 2025 - 6 months ago.

    Josh and Santos were amazing!!! Ended up getting not only a great labtop but a fantastic price!!! Definitely recommend 10 out 10!!!

    Mom showed up earlier today needing a tablet that had cellular options for work, she went up to an employee named Nat which she described was very unhelpful and not using his resources. Nat didn’t have any clue what she was asking at first then later replied “ yeah I don’t think we have those just the expensive iPads” without even looking it up or even asking another employee for further assistance. Once she noticed he wasn’t trying she 180 and left the store. I get everyone has a bad day at work, but I also work in the customer service industry and I treat everyone like if they were my grandmother in good and bad days. Just hopping no one gets another bad experience again.

    I bought an amplifier that never worked properly from this store. I went through all the correct channels to try and solve the problem. I called kicker, best buy, and even crutchfield.com. then once I concluded they couldn't do anything I got snowed into my house. Now they refuse to exchange it. Literally told me they welill leave me with a faulty product rather than help at all. Awe that's cute. Responding and not letting me respond publicly. Look at my account. Im a solid customer. Loyalty is easily lost when not reciprocated.
