When I tried to exchange the screen protector on my iPhone that I have exchanged with them before I was told that they don’t offer the model anymore but they could sell me the one they had in stock. When I asked to speak to a manager Zambrano came over and felt it was okay to lecture and belittle a customer instead of offering the kind of customer service I have gotten at other Best Buy Locations I have been to. I will not be returning to this location.
