I went into Best Buy on Wednesday 11/19 at 1915 to buy a phone for my son. I waited in line for assistance with a young lady because there was another customer being helped in front of me at the cell phone section. Once the transaction was completed, she walked away instead of asking if I needed assistance. I followed her over to the laptops and got in line over there since she ignored me. Once I was in line there was a gentleman behind me and she assisted him and another customer not even in line. I put in time stamps so that management can see what the customer service looks like. I actually pay for the yearly membership and this interaction could have been done quickly and cut down my time time in the store since I knew exactly what I wanted. Her picture is added below. This behavior should be addressed ASAP.

It’s not often I leave poor reviews since as a retail worker myself, I understand how it is working behind the counter with customers, but my mother went in there today, quiet, polite, very passive. Today around 19:25 or 7p.m, November 19, 2025, while waiting in line, a lady with brown hair, jeans, strong blush on her face, purposefully skips my mother after helping the man in front of her and walks away. Then my mother follows the lady to kindly ask for assistance, but the lady just stares at my mother and she starts helping everyone else but her. I don’t know if it’s cause my mother is Black and it was racially motivated, or the lady just has poor customer service but she was extremely rude, giving dirty looks, and eyeing my mother up and down. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and I want to tell my mother to never go back there even if she is a best buy member because there is no reason for that type of attitude. My mother is overly kind so she don’t do anything about it, but i’m livid cause my mother is sick and unnecessary stress will wear on her. I’m not expecting staff to bow down to customers, but giving basic human decent to customers is expected. Thank you to the other staff who helped my mother but I just pray this lady doesn’t off put any other customers because I will remember you and what you did. Have a blessed day.

Went there today to ask for something, but it was behind a glass wall.
I went up to someone and asked, "Hey, can I get this?" He said, "Yes, let me call someone."
I waited about 15 minutes, then went to another person and asked them. They said the same thing. I waited another 10 minutes, asked another person, and got the same response. So I just left.
Today, Best Buy lost an easy $250 sale. Never coming back to this one again. No wonder they are losing to Amazon.
I might try the one on the other side of the mountain.

Very disappointed in my experience at bestbuy I had issues with my bank card and some fraud and thought bestbuy used my routing information on file however when I went in to make a purchase I realized my Total protection plan had lapsed. I made my purchase and paid the $180 for the protection plan and was told by the store associate helping me that since it had only been a couple of days that I can call the 1800 number and get my items back on the plan. I called and was on gold for 45mins only to deal with a rude customer service rep that told me there was nothing she can do and refused to escalate the call to a supervisor. Basically paid the $180 for nothing beware of what your told in person by an employee always try to get it in writing or email

Purchased a tv here and paid for the installation and it was a headache.🤕 The tv that was installed was defective and it was such a hassle to get the tv exchanged and have the defective tv picked up. Best Buy messed up four times with the appointments to replace the and pick up the defective tv. I had to miss four days of work because of their mistake. I was then “promised” a customer satisfaction gift card of $50 by their customer support only to be told they would not honor that. Such a horrible experience from this company. I should have purchased the tv at Costco, it would have been a better experience 😕
