Genesis was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to compare and take my time to decide on which laptop to buy. Genesis explained the criteria on each laptop and made my decision. I'm very happy and satisfied with Best Buy customer service!

Very misleading when purchasing online and the “reported” delivery date. Planned for delivery on day off, as well as errands and shuffling things around to accommodate the delivery. However “not” the Best Buy sends you a confirmation email (after purchase) and changes the delivery day/time (to not my day off). They use a third party for deliveries. I ordered/purchased under the impression Best Buy was delivering and setting everything up. Their call center rep, halfway around the world, was very courteous and polite, even though I was not especially so. Took a very long break from BB until this purchase, not certain I’ll ever shop there/or online in the future. Deuces.

I went to the location at the fountains. I was looking for a digital antenna for my TV. The store overall was ok. We were looking around a little while before a store employee approached us to offer help. We also shopped for a headset and a computer camera. I needed to use the bathroom so I went to check out the bathroom. The women's bathroom was disgusting, it was dirty with toilet paper all over the floor in one stall (handicap) the toilet seat was broken and dirty ( I'm going to spare the details) I decided to use the next stall, trash can was overflowing with toilet paper, and there was no toilet paper in that stall. The store was busy enough to allow attention to the bathroom in my opinion,there were employees walking around with nothing to do.

Well what is there to say? I rolled into the store and other than the door guy welcome me I to the store not one employee offered to help me or to see what I was looking for. Literally not one person asked me if they could help find something. By the way after rolling through the store for 45 minutes I left without finding what I wanted.
Yeah folks i hope you like to get ignored, because in this store that's what happens.
Guess because they are in a big mall they don't need the customer base to survive.
