When I asked about available colors, models, and basic features of the iPhone, the responses were disorganized, unclear, and delivered with visible disinterest. Each question seemed to be an inconvenience. Instead of guiding me or explaining the differences as one would expect at an Apple Store the employee repeatedly suggested that I order online or even go directly to my phone carrier, as if my presence in the store was a burden. When I asked about international SIM compatibility, the attitude became worse: short answers, a condescending tone, and facial expressions that clearly showed a lack of willingness to help. At no point was I disrespectful. I was simply asking reasonable questions before making a significant purchase. Despite that, the interaction completely ruined what should have been an exciting buying experience. Apple is known for its customer experience, clarity, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this location delivered the opposite. Whether due to bias, lack of training, or simple disinterest, no customer should be treated this way for wanting to buy a product. I would not recommend this store if you are expecting the level of service Apple is known for.
