- MOMarc OrtizNov 2, 20251.0Awful place. They added a new line to my dad's plan when all he wanted was to upgrade. We went in multiple times to get the line canceled and the sim swapped and they wouldnt refund any of it THE SAME DAY and refused to do anything about it. I know they can cancel lines and give refunds because they did it for me when I used to get service from cricket. They did the same thing then, too. They gave me a new line when all I wanted was an upgrade. So it looks like theyre still trying to sneak charges on bills they think customers wont notice. And to top it off they tell you to call the help line that no one answers so the only thing you do is waste hours of your day waiting. Truly a repulsive place im surprised is still in business. 0 stars if I could give it that.

I would not recommend going to them for phones or service. The young lady who unsuccessfully helped was ignored when asking questions, and the consuela chick acted like she didn't want to help because I was black. Everyother customer that was white or Mexican got exceptional service, even smiles. She wouldn't even look my way or speak directly to me..
