My husband previously had a great experience at this store with Daniel who helped him greatly. When I returned to get the same device upgrade that was explained to my husband, I had a different experience. I was greeted and told that they would help me as soon as possible as all reps were busy with customers which was understandable and I didn’t have a problem waiting. A 3rd rep arrived as I was waiting and I wish he hadn’t. He was not helpful, was rude, and was constantly checking his alerts on his watch as I was explaining my issues to him regarding my phone. I explained the device upgrade that was explained to my husband prior regarding our account and he stated he couldn’t confirm that the upgrade could be done until the end of me picking a phone and completing the purchasing process. This was not what was explained to my husband prior. I left feeling undervalued and wishing I went to another store. My husband went to another store the same day where he was in and out within 20 min, getting me the device I wanted without jumping through hoops. I wish the reps wore name tags..bottom line, ask for Daniel or go to the location on 10th&Trenton
