  Company is trash.. I purchased phones online and when I tried to switch carriers all of a sudden my phones are locked but clearly states in the settings that my devices are unlocked. They claim its their policy to have service with them for 6 months but no one can send this info nor provide its location online as they state it is so they are quick to end the chat due to no one in the call center to speak with.. This company is full of it I would not recommend them to anyone wish we could give no stars.. just horrible

  Went in on Saturday( 04/22) about 5 o’clock in the afternoon was greeted by Gernisha ( by the business card I grab she had red hair African American) allegedly she was store manager. Horrible customer service wasn’t trying to help us said our pin was wrong when it was the pin and only gave us one try. She stated she needed to see an ID when the account was a business account. We try to tell her we have business cards and The business certificate she was just not having it. Another customer walked in who was Hispanic too and refused to help her. Previously called multiple times before going in and no answer when arrived there was no one in store but her. She shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t want to deal with customers. Luckily the other cricket located in Redbird oaks was very helpful and assisted us fast. Also no problems and our pin went through( same pin we gave her). Hope gernisha is dealt with next time we visit since it’s the nearest to us.

  Horrible treatment to their customers. Instead of taking reviews to heart manager. A true professional would learn from them and correct them. That's true professionalism. Well all people can't be professionals. There's a saying and I'll share it with you manager: Your character will outweigh any lie told about you. Those that know you, Know you.
