    A few days ago I visited the store. I didn't have high expectations, but they were actually very good. Zach was excellent, attentive, and answered all my questions, making sure I left the store happy. I really appreciate that guy; he stayed past his working hours to complete my activations. The T-Mobile employees should learn something from him. I also visited the store a few days earlier, and it was a bad experience, but anyway, I highly recommend Verizon and Zach!

    The service I received at Russell Cellular was beyond fantastic. Zach went above and beyond to help me out. He wasn't rushed or in any hurry to get me out the door. His only concern was to have all of my issues taken care of. I will certainly go to Zach in the future for anything I need done. Great job!!
