Zach was excellent, attentive, and answered all my questions, making sure I left the store happy. I really appreciate that guy; he stayed past his working hours to complete my activations. The T-Mobile employees should learn something from him. I also visited the store a few days earlier, and it was a bad experience, but anyway, I highly recommend Verizon and Zach!
