  Terrible experience!! Went to purchase a phone but wanted to know the prices first . They were never direct when asked for pricing about phone accessories , kept applying “discounts” when I hesitated when really they make commission so i can see why they kept lowering the price when I hesitated. I picked out what I wanted and asked for the price total and I didn’t like how pricey it turned out so decided not to purchase. Was told my line had already been de-activated and had to either purchase the phone or pay to get it re activated. It all felt like a scam , I never went through with the purchase yet my line had already been de-activated. The process wasn’t explain to me and I was expected to somehow just know . The guys there then became very rude and argued with me about how I’m wrong and telling me how I should shop and have a set budget, I can shop however I want if I don’t want to buy then I don’t have to . I never write bad reviews but left so upset with this terrible service I had to leave a review so others don’t get taken advantage of or scammed . Will definitely call corporate and only deal with online payments. After being with them for years I will be looking for a new phone company. If I could leave zero stars I would .

  My wife and I went and talked to Malik which is the store manager, he was able to work with a budget and get 4 phones activated and working within 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about current promotions and very professional. Definitely recommend it.

  I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent purchase experience at Cricket. Despite being a loyal customer for several years, I was subjected to questionable charges on my account. I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max through Bread Finance Institution and was subsequently notified of additional charges, including AirPods that I did not receive and duplicate tax charges. When I brought this to the attention of Malik, the sales representative, he offered me a $250 credit, which I declined as I wanted a full refund. I was charged for third-party AirPods, a non-Apple phone case, and a non-Apple screen protector, in addition to the phone itself. The tax charge of $120.74 was particularly egregious, as I had specifically asked about taxes at the time of purchase and paid $151.81, which Malik claimed was for taxes. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and provide a resolution. Update: Cricket Owner replied back saying to contact Support Team on facebook x@cricket support or m.me/cricketwireless. The owner knows you can’t reach anyone on social media instead of contacting the customer or giving the customer a phone number to speak to someone that can actually help.
