The Day Care and Boarding at VCA DeSoto offers luxury, state of the art facilities providing pampered boarding for your pets. Accommodations include large indoor runs, state of the art cleaning and ventilation systems, and non-slip floors. Dogs are walked numerous times a day in our spacious, landscaped, and enclosed yards. - PBPerla BJan 31, 20262.0I adopted my cat from the SPCA and brought it here for a routine check up. Was told she was healthy but they encouraged getting an additional vaccine. We discussed the price and after it was given they said I needed to return for a booster (was not mentioned prior) pay another office visit. After discussing with staff they agreed she didn’t need to see the doctor and nothing would be charged. After giving her the shot today, they charge me again. Be careful this place is not forthcoming on pricing (even when asked) and steps involved for pet care.

She reassured me not to pay for the test separately, as the Care Club plan would include it. I agreed and signed up for the plan. A few days later, I noticed a charge attempt on my account, which appeared to be for the first month's plan, a payment I believed I had already made during the appointment.

They helped with any concerns we had, and took their time with our fur baby. She’s fully recovered, and hasn’t been as energetic and playful in forever.
