- RNRobert NicholsFeb 22, 20262.0Best Buy, Denton Tx. I called the store and gave them my TV dimensions that I needed a mounting rack for and ALSO wanted it installed. The installers showed up with NO mounting rack! They said they had one on the truck that would work. The initial price was over $300.00. I was stunned but wanted my TV mounted so I said okay. I gave the installers specific instructions…. That I wanted a 1 inch clearance between the bottom of my TV and the sound bar on the mantle. I trusted their work but after they left, I went to hook up my sound bar and there was no clearance. The bottom of my TV actually scraped the sound bar every time I pulled the TV out or even tried to tilt it right or left. SO disappointed.
