  5 stars all day. Came in not knowing exactly what I needed and left with tons of useful information and confidence in my choices. Paige was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. No pressure, just solid customer service and real knowledge. If you need help, ask for Paige — you won’t regret it.

  The manager Paige at this store is horrible, how verizon let's her keep her job is crazy. Ive had someone be so rude and not helpful at all!! Actually refused to call their own customer care team to resolve my issue, said it wasn't her job to resolve my issue or help with it.

  I just wanted to come on here and personally thank Alex Aviles! I’ve been a loyal customer to Verizon business for almost 7 years with 10 lines. I’ve walked into multiple stores and I have dealt with multiple Verizon specialists and Buisness managers. Alex has been more helpful in one hour than multiple Verizon employees in 7 years. I walked in today ready to cancel my account and Alex was able to put all my concerns, questions and pain points at ease. If you have a problem with your service. Come see Alex Aviles, he actually cares about his customers! If they were smart, Verizon would promote him immediately!

  Gabe provided excellent service! She was very nice and welcoming, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything. She also went over all the perks available to us. Truly exceptional service—thank you, Gabe!
