I’ve walked into multiple stores and I have dealt with multiple Verizon specialists and Buisness managers. Alex has been more helpful in one hour than multiple Verizon employees in 7 years. I walked in today ready to cancel my account and Alex was able to put all my concerns, questions and pain points at ease. If you have a problem with your service. Come see Alex Aviles, he actually cares about his customers! If they were smart, Verizon would promote him immediately!
