I went across the street to this store and immediately was helped and was met with most kind gentleman Ernest who helped and listened to me. I walked out shortly with a new phone and immediately transferred to them. I had an amazing experience and I am very happy to be joining on the Verizon team after the horrible service I had with spectrum. The process was incredibly smooth and very knowledgeable. 10/10.

It appears that they let anyone work here, because the amount of guesses I heard come out of these employees mouths was ridiculous. Not even fact checking themselves, just shooting from the hip and hoping no one questions them. I ended up resolving the issue on my own, these guys were no help.

We have had verizon for years, we have insurance on our phones that we pay 19.99 per month and never filed a claim. My screen went black twice and stayed off for over 45 minutes. I submitted a claim online, at the end of was instructed to call the 866#. I called, the representative said it sounds like a phone malfunction, I can send you a refurbished phone for 49.99. EXCUSE ME? She proceeded to say thats all she can do. BEWARE of companies like verizon that scam you out of insurance payments every month, but will not give you a new phone to fix thier software malfunction, and charge you 49.00 for a refurbished phone. This sucks and I will never recommend them to anyone. VERIZON YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!
