  Their new rounded checkout counter where it’s unclear where to wait your turn because it’s a circle with no standing space and cashiers on all sides is the reason I just shop online these days.

  One of their employees said they would punch my kid… I came in to buy some pokemon cards for my daughter granted she was not with me but I guess I got the last pack or something and as my cashier was checking out the pack of cards this girl with red hair and a nose piercing walks by my cashier and told her that I just bought the last pack I explain it was for my 7 year old and she looks me in my eye and says “I don’t care I will punch a child in the face for this box” wasn’t really sure what to do in that moment so I just kind of stood there dumbfounded not knowing how to respond I break the silence with “my daughter is very cute and wouldn’t hurt a fly” and she doubled down with “I don’t care I will punch any child in the face for this box” it was very odd and uncomfortable I get it was a joke but I’m in hospitality and that was not good customer service I do want to note the first person who saw me noticed I was in search of something and immediately helped me find where they keep the pokemon and the cashier was helpful as well it was just this one lady who honestly shouldn’t have even been involved with the transaction to begin with

  Bad service like all time. He was saying he is manager in best buy.elli guy Bad service from him. No listening any concern. Just keep repeating one word. O I know. If you know them help the customer. They are alots of store outside best buy.

  I bought a laptop in September. The salesperson promised me that this particular laptop WOULD be on sale during Black Friday and that if I would become a Best Buy member I would be able to get reimbursed for the difference in what I pay and the Black Friday price. First of all, he straight up lied because in order to get the Black Friday deal you have to buy product the deadline is in October. I was of course, NOT able to get that price difference because I purchased before the deadline. Also the difference was only $50. He insinuated I would get a great deal of money back. Now I know he LIED to make a sale. I used to like this Best Buy. I no longer care for it. Do NOT recommend. Buyer be aware of these deceptive sales tactics.

  They were busier than normal and I tried to find an employee for help, but they were, understadably, with another customer. So I asked one of the people that do their projects (black shirt) and they immediately helped me. It was amazing. The manager was polite and thanked me for waiting and being patient. Absolutely a great experience, even while being busy. First time I have stopped in a Best Buy in years, but it wont be my last (at this location).
