Sales associate dropped the ball on scheduling my install appointment and didn’t insure parts were ready. I show up, find out about the fumble, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager displayed contempt and turned the situation around on me, saying he was trying to help me. He already cut me off while explaining the parts that were needed. I said he wasn’t really caring or he wouldn’t have cut me off. He walked away in a huff and told me to have a nice day. Complete disrespect for customer care.

All the sales associates were busy with other customers and I was in a huge hurry. The Verizon rep asked if he could help me, even though I was not there to get Verizon. He answered my question quickly and was super polite. I was out the door in under 10 minutes, and was given a friendly 'Thank You' as I exited the front door. 5 stars!
