  If I could give 0 stars I would! In this store for an hour and a half. Employee kept saying 5 more minutes. He could not help any customer by himself. He had to translate over his phone to someone else to try to help his customer. And the language was not in English! He said he wasn’t authorized to use the computer!!!????? He wanted very personal information (ss#) that he was giving to someone else in I don’t know what country, and putting it in your phone that he possessed. We refused to give him our information or let him take total control of our phones and took the paper with us that he wrote our names and address on that he had to repeatedly in broken English and a different language give to someone else over his phone. We left! Went to Sherman and it was handled within minutes! Don’t trust these people with your information!
