  I don’t normally write reviews, but unfortunately my family dog was diagnosed with lymphoma, which is heartbreaking. All things considered we are staying positive. Dr Kilby- not sure if you were having a bad day- which is understandable, but your lack of compassion and bedside manner left me feeling unsupported and concerned. As a healthcare worker myself, I found your lack of desire to sit down and walk me through things disappointing and astonishing. I hope you take a break because you are clearly burned out.

  my little baby kitten loves going here! These people spoil him with treats he doesn’t even notice what is going on! Great docs and techs can’t say enough good things about them!

  Dr Soileau is great, very thorough and thoughtful. I think she takes more time w my dog than some docs take w human patients! 😜 The staff is professional and efficient. I appreciate them all so much!

  Everyone at this clinic is absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly kind and approach each appointment with compassion. I love that they have a texting service with the doctors who can answer quick questions. I feel like everyone at the clinic truly cares about my pet and their well-being. I brought in a very sick rescue dog and the entire team was incredibly patient and thoughtful. I didn’t feel rushed or as if myself or my pet were an inconvenience, which unfortunately can be the experience at other places. The entire team listened to all of my concerns, I was able to talk to the doctor multiple times throughout my appointment . I love that they went over my pets care plan several times and made sure I felt confident taking my pet home. They truly are wonderful people working at an amazing I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
