I haven’t been to happy with Verizon so I was skeptical if I was going to get my situation resolved. I’m very thankful I came into this store. I was taken care of by Anthony and I just can’t express enough how helpful he was. I was frustrated and he was not only able to my resolve my issue but I left there with a new case and a better view of Verizon. Great customer service is hard to come by and can change everything around. It good to know that when I’m in Dallas I know exactly where and who to go to if I’m in need of help!

There was an uncomfortable situation where I felt profiled or like they were insinuating that I wasn’t who I said I was… The energy was really gross & the store location is one of the more raggedy ones. Was a very negative experience. 0/10. Genuinely thought about switching to T-Mobile if this is how yall treat patrons…
