  Selvin and Leroy did a fantastic job helping me troubleshoot my device this will always be my go to Verizon. They were very patient and polite through the whole process I will always recommend this store to EVERYONE !!

  Mr. Selvin was for a lack of better words - Amazing. Upon arrival every sales person made eye contact and greeted me. Selvin was actually helping his own customer and also assisting his peer with their sale. He appear was helping a return. Customer and Selvin was able to provide detailed history about that customers concerns. It was just amazing to hear him speak in detail about steps taken to resolve the matter in potential steps that could be taken to better assist that return customer with new devices And a better cellular service. All this while meeting the need of his own customer. When he began to assist me with my needs, I was confident in his ability to give me the best service possible. He took the time to explore all of my options, even did research to see what Device devices would be appealing to me based on my personality and expectations. This was the most excellent service I could have imagined with a cellular service provider. Selvin Was a personable, professional, Detailed, patient, diligent, knowledgeable, kind and the list goes on. I was offered water, where I sat upon entry. He relocated his spot to come and sit where I was to provide service, any item I was interested in he gathered and brought it and laid it before me and gave me options to choose from, he visited websites to provide insight on new devices, it was simply amazing this type of service being provided. I believe this is indicative of my new year to come in 2026. To end 2025 With good vibes Was the best thing that could’ve happened. Live, love, laugh! Thank you Selvin!!!

  I have been needing to upgrade my phone for a looooong time. I was in a iphone 7 and needed to get something at least in the double digits. I dreaded the process, the whole switching everything over, getting it set up and of course learning the “ease” and “convenience” of how much they’ve changed since my version (once I get used to it). I hit the jackpot stumbling across this brand new location and Selvin. He fixed me up so good - friendly, knowledgable and very patient. As of today I am a brand new Verizon customer. If Verizon does customer care like Selvin and Zach then I have a good feeling about this relationship with my new carrier. These guys set the bar high for Verizon.
