    UPDATE: THIS COMANY IS FULL OF CRAP! WHY WOULD THE COMPANY RESPOND OF CONCERN LEAVING A "LINK" THAT NOT A LINK.... I CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY MONEY, I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMANY EVER AGAIN! 2/14/26.. 4:30 p.m. PLEASE DON'T USE APPLE PAYOR DEBIT CARDS AT THIS ONLY USE PHYISCAL CASH BECAUSE THEY HAVE A JACKED-UP POLICY WITH REFUNDS 7 DAYS TO GET YOUR MMONEY BACK. I purchased a iphone 16e and the service with a little glitchy because the coverage was not a good as I would thought since it's Verizon. I paid for the $60 plan which is suppose to be UNLIMITED DATA with a HOTSPOT, however every time I linked other phones or an ipad, the hotspot kept disconnected from the other 2 devices. Plus the camera is not good at all. So my problem was, When I returned the phone 2/10/26 Zack the manager told me that I will take 7days for me to get a refund since I used APPLE PAY. Which is pathetic were are in 2026 and this company was paid $401 from me from me on the spot for this phone but I have to wait 7 days for my money. This company is TRASH, the service is not good as it once was and the sales people at this location do not work together well at all. I tried to call the corporate office to file a complaint on get bounced around then disconnect. I will be doing business with company ever again.....

I recently switched to Verizon after being a loyal T-Mobile customer for 11 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Oaklawn store — all thanks to Chad! From the moment I walked in, Chad provided absolutely outstanding service and education. As someone who had been with T-Mobile for over a decade and was using an older iPhone, I had a lot of questions and some hesitation about making the switch. Chad was kind, attentive, and incredibly patient. He took the time to truly understand my needs — both personal and professional as an educator — and guided me toward the best phone and plan for my situation. He helped me upgrade to a newer iPhone and made sure I fully understood its functionality. He didn’t rush me, and he explained everything clearly so I felt confident using my new device. What impressed me most is that even after the sale, Chad continued to provide exceptional support. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, I’ve returned to the store and he has quickly resolved everything with professionalism and care. Chad is absolutely amazing, and he’s supported by a team of friendly associates who genuinely care about serving customers well. This is hands down the best store to visit. If you need assistance, ask for Chad — you’ll be in great hands. He helped me see that Verizon is the perfect match for my business and personal needs, and I’m genuinely excited to be a customer. It’s reassuring to know that anytime I need help, I can stop by and Chad or one of his excellent team members will take care of me. The only small downside? The store tends to run a bit too warm temperature-wise — but that’s minor compared to the exceptional service you’ll receive.
