The salesman that help me previously erased all my information before I could secure my passwords for my emails. He took my phone walked off, and now my recovery email is going to a different email. Just be careful wen they have your phone in their procession.And not to mention he was rude as spit. You’re never supposed to say to a customer “What”……after checking in I was there before another customer came in the lady helped the last person first. Very disrespectful. After all the trouble the Rep is attempting to assist two customer at the same time I have been sitting here for well over and 1hr and ten minutes. She has spent more time with the other customer, and then my waiting for anyone took longer.asked for store manager instead letting her know I requested for her the guy didn’t offer to help me and just said the manager will be out soon she’s in the back.Nd it appeared to me that if someone came in that didn’t look similar to them they did not receive exception customer service. I will never patronized this location again.

But this oak lawn location is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend a blind person to go in there. The manager definitely needs more training and needs to stop with the racial profiling of customers. His attitude is discussing and distasteful. If I didn’t like my Verizon service I would definitely switch to another. I just can’t believe how employees who are suppose to be trained to help lets managers like Zac give them bad training. He needs to be fired.
