    Bryan over here at Verizon is a beast I came in while he was having lunch felt bad but he assisted me in the most swiftly manner he didn’t let me leave the store until everything was perfect this guy deserves every blessing thats going to come to him with Verizon being that he just started he did a extravagant job 100/100👍🏾

    I've had much difficulty in trying to cry my Kyocera phone to accept visual voicemail. Nobody has been able to help me with the exception of James who was willing to spend a great amount of time helping me. I just want to thank Verizon for having such a great associate as James.

    Today I had a really frustrating experience with Nino when trying to file an insurance claim for my damaged iPhone and get information about purchasing a tablet and possibly upgrading my phone. He didn’t seem interested in helping me and kept walking away to assist other customers. At one point, he even went to the back stock room and never checked on my progress or offered any updates. Thankfully, the store manager stepped in and helped me successfully order my replacement phone. However, because of the poor service from Nino, I decided to take my business elsewhere for the tablet. Nino definitely needs better training in customer service and how to make every customer feel welcomed and valued.
