They were both very knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to work with. At times we were confused dealing with the verification tools that the new apple products have and use between their iPads and iPhones, but even though Whitney and Brittany were much younger than us, they always treated us with respect. Hats off and job well done, Brittany and Whitney!
