Its frustrating Having the people that are helping me stop every five minutes to ask someone of more knowledge questions, its even cost me keeping my old paid off phone as a second line for free. I get told about this offer AFTER I trade the phone in and being able to do nothing about it. (Calliope)

ORIGINAL: I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. The representative, Mathew, promised me a specific price and plan over email, but when my first bill arrived, it was three times higher than what was offered. I’ve been emailing him multiple times, but he hasn’t responded at all. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. I trusted the written communication, and now I’m left with a much higher bill and no follow-up. Very poor customer service be cautious when dealing with this store.
