    I've been a Verizon business customer for three years. Because I don't speak English, I go to this physical store to handle my business, so I can communicate using Google Translate on my phone. I want to change call forwarding for my company landline and the bank account that automatically pays my bills. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unskilled and couldn't help me, wasting over an hour. Is it because I'm Asian and don't understand English? Or is it because my business isn't profitable? Spectrum and AT&T's prices are very competitive these days. Don't tarnish Verizon's image as a major company. Please help me with my urgent business.

    Worst experience ever I had a representative that he seem to be they only one left at 6:45 pm I returned an equipment he definitely reminded me why I don’t like Verizon corporate store because there customers service is a joke I rather go to a retail Verizon Store then to there corporate this guy was a total Jerk and try to give me some BS that I knew it wasn’t truth guess what that way you will never earn peoples business if you don’t take care of the Customers you still have. Corporate teach your Employees on real customer service and maybe I will do business in a corporate store. Definitely will never recommend this store for sure
