    Just went in to get some things situated with my bill and angel helped me out, he was able to break everything down for me to understand! I love this store because they don’t treat you like you’re incompetent (like other Verizon’s I’ve been to) he was very genuine and sweet !!!

    If you're switching from GoogleFi and stuck in "port purgatory", go here! Angel is there to help! Everyone at this location is super knowledgeable and able to help. I was extremely frustrated and upset when I walked in, but I left very happy and with a working phone!

    Bro this is the best Verizon store I’ve ever been to, I’ve been to other stores and they were just npcs, no emotion, no empathy -not personal- this store is dope they are compassionate, personal -Robbie and george helped me and they were OGs I’m not tryna gas em up but they need a raise fr bc they stayed almost 2 hours after close just to help

    I went to this store and I’m a Verizon client I wanted to ask something about my phone but I had a bad experience because no one ever said hello and that really doesn’t matter but after that, the employee that was working there and free was ignoring us and didn’t even ask what we were here for and left to the back. I waited about 25-30 minutes and expressed my feeling to them in a calm matter. I asked them and they said that they don’t know how much time left. I wished that they were more respectful.

    I had such a great experience at Verizon thanks to Mark and Marissa (ASM)! They made getting my iWatch fun, easy, and stress-free. Both were so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Truly a wonderful experience thank you!
