I have been seeing Dr. Kirkpatrick for my cat for 3 years, and just adopted a dog with special needs. At his first appointment, they all treated my sweet baby with such kindness and compassion. It made my heart so happy. The way Dr. Kirkpatrick communicates is clear and informative while also assuring any worries and fears you may have. 5 stars isn’t enough!

I explained the situation clearly: My dog is in rough shape and really struggling. Loading him into the car isn't a realistic option right now. I was at work and couldn't possibly drive home, get him, and make it to the clinic before closing. I even offered to pay their office visit fee—I just needed to get him started on the medication to treat the infection. They refused, stating it was "against the law" to refill the prescription without an in-person exam. I then called my secondary vet. They immediately said yes—they would leave the medication taped to their door if I couldn't arrive before closing. It's pretty clear where my business is going from now on. I'm done with VCA.

The staff here has immediately diagnosed and addressed concerns I’ve not been helped with for years. They are kind, communicative, compassionate and genuine. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure my baby is comfortable and has everything she needs to prolong her life as much as possible. I can’t thank them enough. P.S. their monthly care club is phenomenal, especially for animals with long term needs

- ZWZaria WarrenDec 3, 20255.0I've only been going to this office for a year now from when I first adopted my fur babies Onyx, and soon after Star last year! Safe to say they addressed my concerns and listened to me regardless of how small they are! The check up + vaccines are quick apart from the administration my fur babies get! I've never been there I'd say longer than 15-20 mins! And for the price I can't say enough, each time I go it's been less than 200$ and I appreciate it grateful for that! Can't wait to be back Friday for Onyx's yearly appointment!
